How do I change the quality of the videos?
We aim to provide you with video content in many formats and bit rates. But what does this mean? Below the videos you may be presented with a variety of bit rates to choose from. The default, 400K, is the smallest bit rate we provide. The higher the selection, the better the quality of the video is. Please note that the higher the quality, the more video information will be sent to you. If you select a speed (bit rate) higher than your Internet service provider (ISP) supplies, the video may appear choppy and might not be viewable at all. It is recommended to choose a speed that is just below what your ISP provides.
-Back to Top-There is a stream labeled as live but no video is playing, why?
Consult the time of the live event you see in the schedule, note that all times displayed are in Eastern Standard Time (EST). If you are viewing the video before the displayed time, the video is not being streamed to you yet. Please wait until the designated time and the video will play automatically for you. If you are viewing the video approximately and hour or more after the given time, the event may be over. You can attempt to see if you video choice is available in the Video-on-Demand section yet, if not, please wait by browsing other video content until it is available.
-Back to Top-How long does it take a live show to become accessible by video on demand?
Usually the process can take one (1) minute after the end of the event up until a day. Our team attempts to bring you access to the videos you want as soon as possible, however, we always like to perform some general checks on the videos to ensure you are viewing content without any problems.
